Delivery

All orders submitted through the website are confirmed by a phone call and by email. No order will be sent out until confirmed.All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Monday to Friday any orders placed after 3.00pm will not be processed until the following morning at 9.00am. Any orders places after 3.00pm on a Friday afternoon will not be processed until 9.00am Monday morning. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery via royal mail as post can sometimes be delayed.

We cannot be held responsible for the condition in which you receive the package

Postage and Packaging

We use royal mail special delivery for all UK deliveries, so all packages are covered by insurance and will need to be signed for. We charge £4.95 for all packages being sent to UK addresses. Special Delivery  by 1.00pm next working day to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver, but royal mail guarantee delivery within 3 working days. For EU customers we charge £10.00 for all packages. For other international customers we charge £15.00 for postage and packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase e.g. wrong size, you are able to return item(s) within 7 days of receipt.  Item(s) being returned to Agatha Boutique must be in the exact same condition they were received in. Labels must still be attached to garment/accessory, not have any form of mark from things like; make-up, deodorant, water, hairspray or any other not mentioned. Garments should not smell of any odours e.g.  Smoke, food, perfume etc. We will be unable to except the return if these instructions have not been followed.

After we process your refund it may take 5 – 10 working days to be credited to your account which is totally out of our control as the length of time it takes will vary depending on which bank or card issuer you are with. You will be refunded, but Agatha is not liable for the cost of returning the item.

Any returns outside this timescale will be issued a credit note.

All items purchased from the website can only be returned via the website and not in store at our boutique.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
