Delivery

All orders submitted through the website are confirmed with an email and, if applicable, by telephone. No order will be sent out until confirmed.  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Agatha reserves the right to decline any order.

Any orders placed after 3.00pm will not be processed until the following morning at 9.00am between Monday to Friday. Any orders places after 3.00pm on a Friday afternoon will not be processed until Monday morning.

We make every effort to ensure your item is presented to you at a high standard. Unfortunatley we cannot be held responsible for late delivery via Royal Mail.  We can also not be held responsible for the condition in which you receive the package.

Postage and Packaging
We use Royal Mail signed for delivery for all UK deliveries. All packages are covered by Royal Mail insurance and will need to be signed for on receipt.

We charge £4.95 for all packages being sent to UK addresses. Recorded delivery will ensure you have your parcel the next working day for 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver, but Royal Mail guarantee delivery within 3 working days.

For EU customers we charge £10.00 for all packages.

For other international customers we charge £15.00 for postage and packaging. 

If you need your item guarenteed within a certain time frame please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase e.g. wrong size, you are able to return item(s) within 7 days of receipt.  Item(s) being returned to Agatha Boutique must be in the exact same condition they were received in. Labels must still be attached to the garment/accessory and must not have any form of mark from things like; make-up, deodorant, water, hairspray or any other not mentioned. Garments should not smell of any odours e.g.  Smoke, food, perfume etc. We will be unable to except the return if these instructions have not been followed.

After we process your refund it may take 5-10 working days to be credited to your account which is totally out of our control, as the length of time it takes will vary depending on which bank or card issuer you are with. You will be refunded, but Agatha is not liable for the cost of returning the item.

Any returns outside this timescale will be issued a credit note.

All items purchased from the website can only be returned via the website and not in-store at our boutique.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
